AppVelocity (APV)是Array負載平衡流量管理平台。
APV無預設IP，需透過serial port以console mode連入後設定IP以方便操作。
Terminal Type = VT100
Baud = 9600
Bits = 8
Parity = None
Stop Bits = 1
Flow control = None
預設帳號為 array，密碼為 admin。
輸入指令時，可以透過tab鍵顯示未完的命令；
也可以輸入?號，來取得該命令之相關參數。
若未輸入完成之指令不會與其它指令混淆，可以在未完成的情況下按下enter或輸入參數，自動完成其指令。
以帳密登入時為User Mode，只提供有限的指令，如ping，traceroute，show等。
User Mode狀態下，提示字元為 AN>。
於User Mode輸入enable，進入Enable Mode，預設沒有密碼，提供基本的管理指令。
Enable Mode狀態下，提示字元為 AN#。
於Enable Mode輸入configure terminal，進入Configure Mode，提供完整的操作指令。
Configure Mode狀態下，提示字元為 AN(config)#。
APV同一時間只允許一個Configure Mode連線，要踢掉既有的Configure Mode連線可於Enable Mode輸入以下指令。
AN# admin reset configmode
設定管理IP
AN(config)# ip address port1 192.168.1.1 255.255.255.0
設定default gateway
AN(config)# ip route default 192.168.1.254
設定WebUI IP
AN(config)# webui ip 192.168.1.1
設定WebUI port，預設8888
AN(config)# webui port 8888
啟用WebUI
AN(config)# webui on
修改使用者密碼
AN(config)# passwd user <USER-NAME> <使用者新密碼>
設定enable密碼
AN(config)# passwd enable <新enable密碼>
系統資訊
修改APV主機名稱
AN(config)# hostname <NEW-HOSTNAME>
顯示系統資訊、序號
AN(config)# show version
關機千萬不要直接關掉電源，務必以指令進行關機，否則會造成設備損壞！
關機指令如下
AN# system shutdown
重開機
AN# system rebooe
系統組態設定
系統組態檔與cisco設備一樣，分為執行中組態檔running與開機組態檔startup。
可用show running及show startup來檢視組態檔內容。
關機前，若未將執行中組態寫入開機組態檔，重開機後設定可是會跑掉！
要將執行中的組態寫入開機組態，指令如下。
AN(config)# write memory
要將執行中的組態以開機組態覆蓋，指令如下。
AN(config)# configure memory
回復出廠預設值
AN(config)# clear config factorydefault
